Memberships are billed via our payment processor. You authorize recurring charges according to your chosen plan. You can manage or cancel through the customer portal.

5. Discord Access & Conduct

Access to our Discord server is a member benefit. We may modify channels, permissions, and roles. We reserve the right to remove access for violations of rules or these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding are owned by Cashflow Club and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

7. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are governed by our refund policy (see your customer portal or payment page). We generally do not refund after access has been granted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashflow Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
